At the request of one of our affiliates, a wealthy foreign investor, we as PIEK Associates from Rotterdam have started bundling solar projects between 500 and 2500 kWp in a sustainable model.

We will share our model with you in a personal conversation, finding the best option to release your investment in the solar project quickly, including the potential profit.

The principles:

• Your investment + potential profit is made liquid, the lease contract on the land / roof continues with a guarantee,
• A reputable investor with a branch in the Netherlands who, after bundling, has no intention of reselling,
• All contracts are drawn up without a financing reservation, after a positive (technical / legal) Due Diligence the settlement can take place,
• Completion of agreements made within 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project
• Both SDE + decisions, which are being further developed by us, and already connected SDE + projects are eligible,
• Contracts are drawn up by reputable Dutch offices and entered into with Dutch investor location,
• Where possible, agreements with third parties (EPC, O&M) are respected,
• The starting point is to enter into a long-term relationship in which the investor is willing to financially support any new projects that partner develops, up to realization,
